We are New York’s smallest district geographically, but we are densely populated with strong, hard-working residents, unique local businesses, and a flourishing culture. Considered the most diverse area in the country by the Census Bureau, our community in the Bronx is known for embracing its many different cultural backgrounds. The 15th District has a rich history of music and the arts, including as the birthplace of hip hop. Among the district’s many world-famous attractions are Yankee Stadium, the Bronx Zoo, the NY Botanical Garden, and Arthur Ave-Little Italy.
